How do I know I have Mold?

If you have moisture problem in the house and/or you smell “musty” or “earthy” odor, it is likely you have a mold problem. Mold often grows in moist, damp or wet areas. Discolorations on surfaces could also be due to mold growth. Since mold will not grow without moisture, it is important to dry out wet or moist areas within 24 to 48 hours to prevent mold growth.
